You must be at least 18 years of age to use Mori Clock. By creating an account or using this app, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly close their account and delete all associated data.

Mori Clock is designed for wellness, self-reflection, educational, motivational, and entertainment purposes only. The life expectancy projections, dates, insights, and recommendations provided by the app are estimates based on user-provided information and general risk-related factors. They are not medical diagnoses, medical advice, mental health advice, actuarial determinations, insurance assessments, or guarantees of any future outcome. The app cannot and does not predict the actual date, time, cause, or circumstances of any person's death. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

Nothing in Mori Clock constitutes medical, psychological, nutritional, or professional health advice. The habit impact factors used in our calculations are derived from general population studies and may not reflect your individual circumstances. The app does not account for genetic factors, pre-existing conditions, medications beyond what you self-report, or other individual health variables. All content, design, algorithms, calculations, and software comprising Mori Clock are the exclusive intellectual property of the app creator and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. "Memento Mori" as used in this application context, along with its unique longevity calculation methodology and user experience design, are proprietary and may not be copied or imitated without express written permission.

By using Mori Clock, you agree to: • Provide accurate information when creating your account and entering health data • Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the app or its calculations • Not share your account credentials with others • Not use the app in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, data, or accounts We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MORI CLOCK LLC AND ITS CREATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Health or medical decisions made based on app projections • Physical, psychological, or financial harm arising from use of the app • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in life expectancy calculations OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose • Warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any calculations, projections, or content We do not warrant that the life expectancy estimates, habit impact scores, or any other projections reflect medically accurate outcomes. All figures are simplified models for educational and motivational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the app shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.
